RF Mobile Design Engineer with recent (within the last year) experience of Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS) including transient, harmonic balance, envelope and linear simulators and recent experience of using Agilent Momentum for the design of antenna structures for a leading blue chip company in Bristol. The right person will have experience of designing microchip microwave components and sub-systems operating up to 3GHz as well as design of phase-shifters and may also include power amplifiers, mixers, synthesisers and power detectors. Experience of antenna design is a plus. Experience should cover theoretical circuit design and hands-on experience of layout, testing and debug of RF circuits. Experience of analog and RF CMOS design would be desirable, but not essential. This should include experience of Front End and Back End design processes. Any Cadence Composer, Virtuoso, Assura DRC/LVS, Spectre, Agilent RFDE a plus. May come from a radio communications, mobile company, WAN/LAN, wireless or university research environment.
