One of the UKs leading construction contractors require a proven PMO Co Ordinator to assist with their ongoing transformation projects.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and development of the Enterprise Programme Management Office E-PMO to ensure that projects and programmes are delivered in an efficient, consistent and predictable way. -- - Apply continual improvement principles through process refinement and toolset configuration to ensure that we meet and/or exceed business expectations. - Responsible for the integrity of all project management activity and ensuring that processes and governance are in place to minimise the risk to programmes and to the business. - To supply PM and specialist resources to projects and programmes across the group when appropriate - To facilitate the development of sequenced programme plans in line with the priorities laid down by the GSIC and Programme Director. - To plan, organize, and manage all project and change management functions, documentation, processes and operation of programme management tools. - Responsible for maintaining effective reporting to management on all aspects of project performance and highlighting issues and trends, with recommendations. - To work closely with all programme change teams to ensure the successful delivery of all change and improvement projects from design and implementation into handover to BAU.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role - Excellent Organisational skills - Proven experience of delivering outstanding Customer Service - Proven interpersonal, customer relation and team working skills Ability to influence others - MS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) - Proven Process design and improvement capability
