£18,000 - £20,000 / Year
Customer Support Administrator - Croydon
IDE Group are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our team based in Croydon. Reporting into the Head of Customer Support, the role involves working as part of a team providing support to both the Salespeople and directly to end customers. Working closely with Account Managers to ensure that sales opportunities are processed and invoiced accurately, and acting as the customer's advocate to raise any queries or escalations to the relevant internal teams.

Key areas of Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Sales team by providing a first point of contact for customer queries and requests
* Liaising with other internal departments such as Finance, Operations and PMO to assist with customer and Salesperson queries and requests
* Assisting with Sales administration and forecasting using Salesforce
* Attending customer meetings alongside the Account Manager when required
* Liaising directly with the customer and Commercial team to process run-rate quotes and orders

* Working closely with Finance to ensure opportunities for customer billing are processed accurately and as early as possible

* The ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
* Basic knowledge of IT Services/Technology industry
* Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
* Attention to detail
* Calm under pressure
* Excellent telephone manner
* Commercially astute
* Ability to work both as part of a team and to manage their own time effectively

Experience/Qualifications

* Experience working in a Sales or Customer Services environment desirable
* Salesforce knowledge beneficial but not essential
* Remedy knowledge an advantage
* Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
