We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our energetic team in Glasgow. The successful Service Desk Analyst will have experience with 1/2nd line support dealing with issues such as account creation, user administration, password issues and other account issues. The ideal candidate will be ITIL qualified and have worked with a ticketing system. The Service Desk Analyst will be flexible with there working hours and will be responsible for approximately 25000 end users. The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have experience with anti-virus, back-ups and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
• Service provision to 2000 user base across 3 UK sites.
• Liaise with and support IT 3rd party suppliers which are key in supporting IT service.
• Efficient and effective communication to all customers and end users.
• All work requests to be tracked appropriately using the IT Service Management toolset.
• Provide a single point of contact for all end users in relation to IT Incidents and Service Requests.
