IT Asset Management Administrator - Hockley, Essex
Join our IT Team as an IT Asset Management Administrator in our Head Office in Hockley, Essex. This role supports the Finance Asset Team Leader in providing exceptional customer services when dealing with both customers and suppliers, for both orders of equipment, communication procurement and administration for the IT Department.

The ideal candidate will be very well organised and self-motivated with first-class customer service skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A good knowledge of procurement, mobile communications and experience of asset management would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

•Supporting procurement, communications, financial reporting and general administration for the IT Department.
•Completing monthly stock checks and ensuring that the department assets register is accurate.
•Reviewing and maintaining stock levels to ensure IT Orders are processed to deadline.
•Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing is achieved when ordering and maintaining ICT stock.
•Ensuring accurate records are maintained on issuing equipment and returns.
•Ensuring all mobile connections queries are dealt with effectively, and text credits are kept to correct level.
•Producing Monthly reporting for ordering and spend trends.
•Responsibility for managing Field Team work flow and assisting with office IT audits.
•Assist to deliver the appropriate technology to complete project delivery with new business projects and programmes.

Skills and Experience

Essential
•A good knowledge of procurement and Mobile communications
•Experience of Asset Management
•A good track record of successfully managing own work load
•Proven experience of delivering excellent customer support and service
•Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
•Experience in the use of a recognised helpdesk support tool to communicate with users and meet SLA’s
•Excellent communication skills
•Full driving licence

Desirable
•Experience of using SAP Financial software

Salary £18,700 to 22,000 p.a.
