1st Line CRM Support Consultant - Solihull, West Midlands,
Vivate IT is currently looking for a 1st Line CRM Support Consultant to support our client's customers with the resolution of incidents raised and support a variety of products, services and platforms.
You will take responsibility for prioritising support tickets based on business impact and urgency, diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 problems encountered with Dynamics CRM On premises and Online and identify faults and follow the Problem Management process to resolve faults.
Applying escalation procedures to line management effectively for any incidents that cannot be managed
Experience within a similar role
Solid troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure and Window Server Platforms.
Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365, Java Script and C# with experience of ITIL environments.
