Our client are a global IT business, and due to recent growth and new markets, are recruiting for a Solution Consultant to be based at their offices in Warsaw, Poland.

Job Overview

To play the role of "trusted advisor" in the complete project cycle from early qualification through to successfully delivering project business. The Solution Consultant will be expected to operate independently (in parallel with the Project Manager) during pre and post sales engagements and will develop relationships with technical peers in the client organization, and onsite with customers during deployments. The goal of the Solution Consultant is to promote best practice through service product knowledge, opportunity awareness, and sales support

Qualifications

* Achieved certification or undergoing training for MCSA as a minimum.
* PCVE or similar qualified

Ideal profile

* 5 years' experience in a mixture of networking, network applications and major account development.
* 3 years with Microsoft design experience either through competitor, channel partner or service provider.
* Microsoft FastTrack certification.
* Demonstrable working knowledge of SfB, O365 and Microsoft 365 Collaboration.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
* Fluency in business level written and spoken French or german in addition to English is desirable
* Good knowledge of Operating systems and IT infrastructure (both desktop and server):

* Operating System Skills - Microsoft Servers/Active Directory
* Network skills
* Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA / CCNP or equivalent (Juniper/3Com/Nortel etc).

* Working Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, Routers, Firewalls (NAT & PAT translations), IP telephony, VLAN's, QoS.
* Demonstrable working knowledge of H.320, H.323 and SIP protocols.
* Demonstrable working knowledge videoconferencing infrastructure.
* Experienced in the 'consultative' approach to selling -> 'trusted advisor'.
